The St. Louis Deaf Alumni Association (SLDAA) honors the memory of its members and significant individuals who have contributed to the community. They have a dedicated section for memorials, where they pay tribute to those who have passed away, celebrating their lives and contributions.

The St. Louis Institute for deaf & Blind was established in 1962 and it is managed by the Pvt. Aided. It is located in Urban area. It is located in ADYAR block of CHENNAI district of Tamil Nadu. The school consists of Grades from 5 to 12. The school is Boys and it doesn't have an attached pre-primary section. The school is N/A in nature and is not using school building as a shift-school. Tamil is the medium of instructions in this school. This school is approachable by all whether road. In this school academic session starts in April.

St.Louis Deaf Alumni Association (SLDAA)
St.Louis Deaf Alumni Association was formed in the year 2012. The Association was registered under the Societies Act with Reg. No.106 of 1979. Mr. C G Vittal as Secretary was unanimously elected. The Association was formed with 15 Members committee with it. In the Special Meeting held on 10th May 1979, Rev. bro. Swaminthan SG was the director and headmaster of the St. Louis Institute for the deaf and the blind, Adyar Chennai.
